My FPS has dropped from around 40-50 to around 6-10 during raid fights.
This startedon the 29th Oct. So 3 days now.
Ive updated addons and removed unecessary ones (skada etc)
Updated graphics driver
Reinstalled last wow patch
Restarted computer 100 times
Deleted WTF and Cache files.
Drop graphics to full low - no change
Nothing. Has. Worked.
Im out of ideas.

Did you check temperatures on CPU/GPU? I've had it in the past where I could barely raid while my hardware should be able to do much better, turned out the stuff was overheating and underclocking itself to prevent stuff from breaking.

2 things are coming to my mind which could behave like that:
1) fan malfunction - Get some motherboard monitor and let it run during raid. Based on the equipment you are using - GPU, CPU (and possibly even RAM) should be running on some maximum temperatures. Newer HW does not burn once overheating (as it was in the past) but decreases its performance.
2) faulty RAM - less probable than above but still possible. Get some scanning tool and scan your RAM. If there are too many bad sectors, just throw it away and buy new sticks.

Are you using any meters (recount/skada)? I updated my recount on Wednesday and it lagged me to hell during fights until I switched it off.

That script doesnt work sadly,
Computer isnt overheating, RAM hasnt changed either.
I raid with 2 addons. EPGP and DBM. Never needed more.

Its very erratic, jumps from high to low to high to low constantly.

Few other ideas:
- check that WoW runs on different core than system (if you run WoW in 64 bit)
- check that your addonds have enough memory to run (that the value is set high enough)
- addons (possibly outdated) generating LUA errors (even though they dont report them) - try to run WoW without addons for a while
- try to check graphic card and reset all settings to default (factory) settings and disable V-Sync
