Ohai,

I want to go on some diet to don't weight >60 kg, (atm 82kg) If any of you ppl has cool idea how to don't make it painfull please go ahead.

Change your diet first of all and start out lightly with some exercise fx start taking long walks, set the pace up each week and run in the end every time. The hardest is interval training and also what will burn off most, but start out soft and build up so you dont pass out. If you like to swim instead, swim, if you like cyckling do that. But one thing is for sure start to exercise.

The change in diet means low amount of salt (max 6g a day) and also lower your sugar intake (no idea how you eat now so just guessing). That means no soft drinks (drink water), no cookies, no candy and no cake.

Depending on your length 82KG isn't anywhere near being overweighted tho.

You know no cakes candies no cookies it hurts, but that's what i should do mostly. (More opinions always welcome).

eat 5 times a day, start with something like cerial or 2 slices of bread within 30 minutes after you woke up, then at like 10ish (asuming you wake up at 8 at the latests) eat an apple or an orange, then at lunch eat 3 or 4 slices of bread with someting low fat and salt on it, then 2 hours later have a normal siced dinner ofc again not to much fat or salt, then around 8ish eat 1 handfull of nuts.
this way you keep youre digestive system working and you will lose wheight.
also if you exercise with this you will be back in shape in no time

Will try that looks okay for me as i wake up every day at 6-7 a.m. btw in Poland we don't have lunch (what time you eat lunch)

@ Fuzzy...you can be slim but fat by what you eat. These cases are rare but excist.

@ Kristo, with a hight at 1.82 you are not overweight and 60kg will be too low. Around 75kg should be good.

Like Foxy said eat through the day, but not much and think about what you are eating, yes cutting down on the suger and fat will be hard but is the way to go. Also the bread must not be white, wholegrain og rhy are the best.
Raisins mixed with almonds after exercise is a good idea, but dont overdo it.

Okay maybe not 60 but just get rid of fat. And yes yummy raisins (ofc without choco?) ;P

I think you'll have a higher success of shedding fat with sport and exercising rather then a diet.

Okay so conclusion:

-> Less fat and sugar in food
->Moar exercises (running cycling swimming etc.)
-> Don't eat lately, or sweets *sad*, or drink coke *moar sad*, or fast food *extremly sad*
->Survive
->Give my brother's suit to laundry (Oops. . . wrong list) (I'm still have good sense of humour :D)

Ofc you will survive.
One final note. Dont eat and then go to bed right after. Then the body wont use the food and it will just set instead.
