Situation: boss is at 20-ish % and we are at the end of the second transition phase:

Someone on vent (I will not use names here to protect certain individuals ): wipe it! (with a slightly frustrated voice)

Raid team in repsonse: "Screw that! We continue anyway"

Result: another one bites the dust - hint: it was not the raid team
